W Motors are the creators of the Lykan Hypersport. If you don't know what that is, it's the car used in Fast 7 to jump through 3 skyscrapers. If you still don't know what that is, let me explain. The Lykan is a s at $3,400,000, the third most expensive car ever to be made, but its stunning looks make it worth it. It was discontinued about a year ago after the target number of 7 cars were made and sold. Now, it has a successor.
W Motors' latest creation is called the Fenyr Supersport. The chassis is made from a lightweight form of aluminium and the body is solely made of carbon fibre. Therefore it must be quite light. It has a flat six-cylinder 4.0 litre, mid-rear mounted engine produced by RUF in Germany which outputs 900 hp and 1200 Nm of torque. The large numbers of horsepower and torque cause the 0-60 number to be quite small at just 2.7 seconds and a top speed of more than 400km/h. All this is controlled by a 7 speed, dual clutch transmission.
It looks, though, a lot like the Lykan. That of course means it's stunning. Its front end looks like it wants to eat the tarmac and when you look at it from the back, it's absolutely ridiculous. W Motors say that it's going to be one of the leading hypercars for the years to come. They also added, that 25 units will be produced every year. A lower price than the Lykan is expected, since the Fenyr doesn't have luxuries like encrusted diamonds in its headlights and a trick holographic display, which make it a more down to earth car than it's brother. Let's hope the price is down to earth as well.
