Devel 16: 6000hp, 10 years of waiting and a $1,300,000 price tag

Dubai is well known for the rare and exotic cars you often see on the streets and the ridiculous motor shows that are hosted there. Therefore it makes it the perfect place for Devel, the Dubai-based car manufacturer, to unveil a 6,000hp(!) car. It's called the Devel 16 and this was the second time in 3 years that this car was presented in the Dubai motor show. Last time though it was called the Devel 15 and had 5,000hp.

This astonishing monster houses a 7.2 litre, V16 engine which is turbocharged...4 times! This results to the aformentioned 6,000hp, 0-60mph in just 1.8 seconds and a top speed of 347mph. These are not supercar nor hypercar numbers. This car will create a new category when it's released. But you'll have to wait a few years for that to happen, because the Devel 16 is going to be released in 10 years due to extensive development that needs to be done. It will cost $1,300,000 which is not bad at all for these kind of numbers. I mean, a Bugatti Veyron is more expensive and yet slower. Can't wait for the Devel 16 to be released. I'm sure it will make a huge impact on he car scene.
